Workflow

  1. Sign in as a guardian in Keycloak
  2. View the minor's record in PHR (my record)

    Through the PHR, as the guardian.

  3. Find what the guardian cannot see

    Withheld, not merely hidden.

  4. Age of majority

    Guardian access ends.

  5. The incapacitated adult case

    Different rules apply.
